Description	The basic element of the separation process is a two step procedure based on ion exchange and affinity chromatography. For subsequent fractionation a column with ceramic media and gradient elution via FPLC is used. The aim of the methodology is the determination of two fundamental biological activities of proteins tubers - lipidacylhydrolase patatin activity and activities of protease inhibitors.
