Description The Requirements for the speed transmission with adequate security of transmitted information in medical applications are prerequisites for the proposed solution that has the following specific requirements to meet. Especially for ensuring the secure access from workstations with slower connection is required optimization and encryption option so that the user did not feel too much discomfort. Possibilities how to optimize the parameters of the transmitted data and is more suitable combinations can achieve better results than the normal setting of active network elements. It is also important to choose a suitable type of encryption in order to meet demands for safe transmission of sensitive medical information as well as the volume of the transferred data considerably increased.
