Description	This contribution deals with the process of recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments under Brussels I Regulation. This Regulation has undergone a revision during past years. The aim of this revision was to simplify this process. This contribution analyzes these changes in the process and seeks answer to a question whether this goal was in fact fulfilled.
