Description	DNA marker is developed from the sequence of the RGH1a gene (exon 2 and intron 2) at the Mla locus on chromozomu 1H in barley (Hordeum vulgare). The primer sequences (5`-CTGCTAGTCATCCGTGCAGA-3`, 5`-ACGATTTGTGTGAGCACGAG-`3) and amplification cycle were designed for detection of target sequence. Amplified DNA fragment 506 bp is detected by gel electrophoresis. Functional sample was made by verifying of properties.
