Popis	TarMi (Target and Mill) is a software tool designed to support targeting and focused ion beam milling during cryo-lamella preparation. The tool facilitates definition of regions of interest, coordinate transformations, and systematic planning of milling steps, improving robustness and efficiency of cryo-FIB workflows. This work was supported by the project National Institute for Research of Metabolic and Cardiovascular Diseases (Program EXCELES, ID Project No. LX22NPO5104), funded by the European Union-Next Generation EU.
