| Description | The paper examines the Czech national perspective on the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically Autonomous Weapon Systems (AWS), and their implications for international humanitarian law and international criminal law. It aims to provide insights into how the Czech Republic navigates the challenges and opportunities arising from AI within the subset of international law. It analyses the Czech legal framework governing the use of force, conduct of soldiers, criminal liability, and jurisdiction.
