Description The presentation introduced the Open Science II research project at the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University, focused on expanding and integrating the Digitalia MUNI ARTS and ArchaeoVault repositories into the Czech National Repository Platform. It outlined the technical steps of integrating the Islandora system, including long-term preservation (LTP) solutions, AIP package generation, and connections to AAI and other national infrastructure tools. New datasets and their FAIRification and ontologisation were also presented. The section devoted to ArchaeoVault discussed the consolidation of the pilot repository, the management of heterogeneous archaeological data, the development of metadata models, and the design of workflows with an emphasis on provenance, GIS-based search, and 3D visualisation. The presentation concluded with semantic search and a humanities-oriented perspective on research data.
