| Description | The functional sample consists of donor plasmids enabling expression of full-length human insulin receptor or its extracellular insulin-binding domain in insect cells using the Bac-to-Bac baculovirus system. The constructs include a C-terminal TEV-cleavable Twin-Strep tag and are optimized for preparative purification and downstream structural studies.
