Description	The functional sample consists of a donor plasmid enabling expression of human furin in insect cells using the Bac-to-Bac baculovirus system. The construct is intended for production of active furin and for co-expression with proteins requiring furin-dependent proteolytic processing. This work was supported by the project National Institute for Research of Metabolic and Cardiovascular Diseases (Program EXCELES, ID Project No. LX22NPO5104), funded by the European Union-Next Generation EU.
