Dear users,

The configuration of the Eduroam Wi-Fi network for mobile devices and laptops will be changed at 4 pm on Thursday, April 14. Therefore, update your Eduroam connection on your devices. Otherwise your Eduroam connection may not work correctly. Instructions and further information can be found on the IT MUNI website.

Please note that Android mobile devices encounter issues caused by the non-standard behavior of this operating system. It is therefore possible that you will have to update your Eduroam connection once again, even if you had updated it after our first announcment.

If you encounter any problem with the installation, contact us at it@muni.cz. When reporting issues, please attach information about the type of device and system and in what step the error occurred (and include your error screen if possible). In the meantime, you can use the MUNI Wi-Fi network as an alternative connection solution.
